It’s OK

Rushing to the car to get my little one to school before I start work, I forget my coffee.  It’s  still in the microwave.  Getting cold.

“Oh No!” I say, “I forgot my coffee!” I am clearly distraught by this oversight.

“It’s OK,” my little girl says. “If you fall down and get all bloody, bloody, bloody, THAT’S not OK.”

All I can do is laugh and tell her that she is absolutely right.
